Strolling through the San Francisco Ferry Building is one of my favorite things to do on a weekend day date. Saturday was absolutely perfect for this - the sky was clear and there was a slight crispness in the air - which you can tell from these pics taken right outside. We always eat our way from one end to the other enjoying the local deliciousness. Our Ferry Building musts include melted cheese toast from the Cowgirl Creamery, people watching over a glass of wine on the patio of MarketBar, Pepples vegan donuts (I reccomend the Philz Coffee and Orange Creamsiscle) and the infamous "meat cone" from Boccelone.
When you're going on a food fest date I suggest you don't wear skinny jeans;) I kept it casual in a breezy leopard print skirt, basic white tee and quilted moto jacket. You can tell a someone is a tourist in SF when they are trying to navigate the streets in heels. Having learned my lesson when we first moved here, I have an arsenal of flats, these cut out booties being my favorite at the moment. I topped it off (no pun intended) in this Janessa Leone fedora is my newest and most beloved accessory for fall.
